Every piece of upholstered furniture that enters our shop goes through the same evaluation: frame integrity, spring and webbing condition, foam density, and fabric or leather quality. We do not cut corners on structure. If the frame is loose, we fix it before covering it. If the foam is shot, we replace it. If the fabric is wrong for the piece, we advise against it.
Our craftsmen average over 20 years of experience each. Nathan Rahn, the third generation to run the shop, oversees every project personally.

- Teardown & Rebuild — Complete strip-to-frame when needed. Frame repair, new webbing, springs re-tied, new foam cut to spec.

UPHOLSTERY & REUPHOLSTERY — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does reupholstery cost?
Pricing varies by project. A dining chair seat recover is a fraction of a full sofa strip-and-rebuild. We provide free, written estimates for every project. The main cost drivers are: piece size, fabric/leather choice, foam replacement scope, and structural repair needed.
Is it worth it to reupholster a sofa?
If the frame is solid hardwood (most pre-2000 American-made sofas), reupholstery is almost always more cost-effective than buying new — and the result is a piece built to a standard that new mass-produced furniture rarely matches. If the frame is particle board, it may not be worth the investment.
How long does reupholstery take?
Most projects take 2-4 weeks from drop-off or pickup. Simple seat recovers can be faster. Large or complex projects (sectionals, tufted pieces, multiple items) may take 4-6 weeks. We provide a timeline with every estimate.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes, COM (Customer’s Own Material) is welcome. We will advise if the fabric is suitable for your piece and intended use.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes — free pickup and delivery across all of Los Angeles and Orange County.
Do you repair leather furniture?
Yes. We offer full leather repair and restoration including crack repair, color matching, re-dyeing, and complete re-hide.
Can you replace just the cushions?
Absolutely. Cushion replacement is one of our most popular services — new high-density foam, Dacron wrap, and custom slipcovers.
